Comment:

He's very knowledgeable and logically explicit while doing the discussion, and he really respected his students. The attendant is mandatory, no final but final paper. You will have to read about 15 pages of articles and write down a page of summary for every class. If you want to improve your reading and writing skill, take his class.

I absolutely love Dr. Morales! Great personality; caring, funny, and passionate about what he teaches. By far one of the best professors I have had in college. His seminar class requires time and effort but minimal effort will get you an A. Would absolutely recommend!

Dr. Morales is by far the BEST professor I have ever had. He is wonderful. He has a great personality, is helpful, and very funny. The material taught in this class is relevant to so many upper level courses. I was absent once and felt sad about it because I liked the class so much. I absolutely recommend it!

Comment:

Dr. Morales is one of the best professors at Plattsburgh. Extremely helpful and willing to listen to his students. I had him as an advisor for 5 years and he was always willing to sit down and talk if I needed something. He's very straight forward in his classes and if you do whats asked, you'll pass with flying colors.

Professor was very nice and clear in expectations. Attendence isn't counted toward your grade, but you need the notes for tests. Only 4 exams (no cumulative final or midterm), no papers, and he gives extra credit. If you study (the class notes AND the text) it will be an easy class.

Great person! Excellent professor. He's very straight foward with the information, grades fairly, and is always willing to explain something if you don't understand it completely. Dr. Morales is definitely one of the best Psych professors i've had.

I am a graduating senior in the psychology program. I've taken a few classes with Dr. Morales, yes they're kind of boring, but they're very straight forward. I didn't have to use my book until the week before the test and we didn't have to do ANY outside work. Great class & one of the psych department's best professors!

Dr. Morales is very organized and nice, he does whatever he can to help you...class is boring and tests are SUPER trvial and hard, you have to basically memorize the reading! There is extra credit and he helps you with the paper so if you dont mind studying for hours for a test take this class!

Classes are a bit slow and dry. Dr. Morales is a VERY passive-aggressive person - never wants to offend and does indeed ramble quite a bit. He is very fair though and always offers extra credit. Allow AT LEAST a weekend to study for tests!

never explained why answers were incorrect, read all the material and studied all my notes which were apparently where he was getting the test questions from and still got a C in the class. Isn't very easy to talk to and had a terrible TA that didn't help in the least bit.

Dr. Morales's class wasn't that hard as long as you took copious notes on his powerpoint presentations and study for the tests. He rambles on about his family for at least 10 minutes every class. Overall a nice person..class is worth taking

I took every class Dr.Morales offered and did research with him. He is a very professional man, but has some social phobias. I really enjoyed getting to know him and all the help he provided me while I attended PSU. He is the hardest woeking man I have ever met.

Dr. Morales is a very ingenious professor who not only is gifted at teaching but also has a wonderful way with his students. He truly cares about students and gives so much of his time to ensure that they are doing well. He is truly a cut above the rest.

Professor Morales is a very nice man and an all-around great guy. However, his powerpoint presentations are lacking and his tests focus on entirely different things than what he presents in class. He often rambles as well. He needs to improve his teaching skills and areas of focus.

easy class, study guides. He is very socially phobic. "Nit-picks" about stupid little things, sensitive all around. Approachable but not assertive about the help he gives or things he wants. Sometimes is passive-agressive or pouts.
