Comment:

Norm was one of the single best professors I had during college. It's a shame that he has retired. I took a class from him in 2006. Should have taken more from him. Dry sense of humor and relentlessly engaging.

Comment:

Possibly the most inspiring teacher that I have ever had. One of the smartest people I have ever met, people that show up late or not at all don't go unnoticed. He is usually unwilling to put any extra effort into those who can't even show up. Norm will be greatly missed.

This guy it topnotch. The best Butte has to offer. Its true that he could easily teach at a UC or Ivy League School; he is so intelligent. His lectures are intriguing and his stories always address the material covered. I loved that this class had no "busy work", just reviewing lectures, notes and studying for tests - that's how college should be!

Mr. Hugart is actually a great professor. And his tests are really hard, even though I scored only 7's and 8's on the tests I still passed the class with a C. You dont have to buy a text book for this class just only a course outline. You must show up everyday and on time, not alot of homework at all, just have to pay attention to his lectures.

Very interesting and smart guy. Is all about tangents of all world topics. You learn a lot about business and other things in lecture. Tests are staight from lecture so listen. Dont be late.

Mr Hughart is a very tough, but extremely intelligent teacher. He expects a lot out of you, but i feel is much needed in the world we live in today. You'll learn as much law as you do businees, which i think is awesome!you should be so lucky to have him as a teacher he is so smart and can honestly, probably teach at an ivy league business class.

Mr. Hughart is a great professor. He grades all 4 tests on a curve by clmping the grade. I scored mostly 7, 6, 8, and 6 on all of my tests and i stll passed the class with a C. Basically you just have to attend every single day on time sit @ the front takes notes and you will pass.

Hughart is a top notch, high quality professor. He's one of the best Butte has to offer! Take him! You'll learn a lot. He knows his subject matter and he presents the information in a very captivating, dynamic way. I really enjoy listen to lectures. He says it how it is!

I am a student who observes and from his test you can note that he rewords it in his own way so look closely for cue words in his notes. The answers are usually base on the terms in the notes and the question is asked with an example to that term/topic. His test are the hardest, otherwise an easy A. Just focus and study the notes.

He was one of the best instructors I ever had. It has been quite a few years since I graduated from CSU Chico, but I always remember this class. The class was not easy, but it was fun which made it easy to learn. I think there are very few good instructors like him.

His lectures are legit, but the guy was a complete prick to me when i needed help. The Tests were overwhelmingly hard...I don't recommend him also if you show up a little late to class everyday due to work or commute.

This teacher is awesome! He is hilarious. His tests are kind of hard because he words them weird, but he grades on a curve so you still end up doing well in the class. He is, by far, my favorite teacher!

Comment:

Mr. Hughart is awesome. He tells funny stories that help you remember the material and it keeps the class interesting. He has a lecture packet already made that you follow along with, and he tests diretly from the packet. No $ for books. Has been one of my favorite teachers at Butte. Don't let the finger scare you :-)
