One of the best professors I have had at WSU! He teaches things in class that are useful to you in a future career. Walks you through homework in class and records everything so you can go back if you missed something. Super cool and nice guy that really cares about his students.

Paulson is THE best professor at WSU. He refers everything you learn to real life experiences in the business world. You can put as much or as little as you want into the class, but if you pay attention, you will learn lots. Easy A class, don't be afraid to ask questions!

I'm sitting in Paulson's classroom today eating an incredible home-cooked his lovely wife prepared. Bacon quiche, cheesy hash browns, french toast, sausage and egg bake, mini bacon bites, home made cinnamon rolls, fruit cups, scones, and pumpkin bread... that is just the stuff I picked. Take him, have this every Friday, enjoy.

Like everyone else here, I can't say enough good things about Paulson. Guy is hilarious and walks you through everything during class. He records every class so you can go back and see how to do things or participate from home. Every Friday you can visit him for supplemental learning and ask any questions while eating his wife's amazing food :)

Wow! Give this guy a raise! Pat Paulson is an incredible professor with a true heart for teaching and the practical experience to make coursework relevant to MIS students going into the business world. One of the few classes where I have learned something practical and enjoyed my time during lectures. Overall very engaging and beneficial. A+

SUPER EASY CLASS & Paulson is soo laid back. He is really understanding if things come up. He has weekly assignments due on Saturday's and two midterms and a final. The first midterm tanked and the second and the final were a breeze, still ended up with a high A. Would 100000% recommend!!

All work is done in class which is AMAZING. It's oriented where you have 1 project every week due on Saturday and if you don't get it done by Thursday you have to go to finish it on Friday, but I always finished on Thursday if not Tuesdays sometimes. Only complaint is they were a little overwhelming with speed of instructions in the beginning

He's very laid back but it hurts when the finals come up. he does not prepare you at all for the midterm or the final. He puts in very little effort then expects you to turn around and know questions on the final and midterm that are not talked about in class. Homework is very easy. He is not very clear about what he wants done either.

Professor Paulson is a real gem. He is so willing to help every student learn and succeed. This class was an easy A if you just show up and listen to him because he basically gave out the homework answers if you were in class. He is funny and very nice. One of my top three favorite professors in 4 years at WSU

Internet Law, took as a 3-week May term course. 1 project - paper on an internet topic, 2 midterms, 1 cumulative final, and assignments, usually 2 with a lecture. Accommodating as course was in the summer, could go to lecture, listen live, or review recordings when he posts them. I wish this class was offered in the academic year.

He's great! You really need to go to class if you want to do well. He grades on attendance and can track if you're in the room or not for attendance points. He goes through the assignment/answers in class. Rarely ever have to do work outside of the classroom.

Paulson is really helpful and caring. He will go out of his way to make sure you understand how to do something. He is also funny if you listen closely. He kind of speaks in a monotone, but there are some dry jokes thrown in there. The class MIS 202 is easy if you show up every day and pay attention.

Don't buy the book!!! Not necessary at all. Easy class with a good amount of work each week, but he sets aside plenty of in class time to get it done. Tests are long, but there's only a mid-term and final and both are open book open note. Easy A if you do all the assignments.

TAKE PAULSON. He is an amazing prof! Goes through the homework assignments in class, and helps with any questions without hesitation. Records his lectures and uploads them after class, so if you miss/skip you can still follow along and get the work done. Just have two midterms and the final, the material is barely covered in class though.
