I was in two out of the three classes this semester and I enjoyed this class the most, it was so informative and I really had a lot of fun learning, and making really great friends. In this class it was also a little smaller which was amazing because we all bonded a lot more. If he offers anything in the spring then I will be definitely signing up.

I've taken Professor Elias for 3 different classes, CHIL121, CHIL141, CHIL180 and he has been consistently awesome. To get an A in his class you just need to be thorough and complete your work on time. Taking him for CHIL121 inspired me to work with children, so I highly recommend taking at least one quarter with him.

I have taken 3 classes with him and loved all of them. There are no tests but book summaries are in place of them. Very fair teacher and makes class fun. Do the work and there's no way to get less than an A, unless you don't show up. CHIL 141 has lots of movies, awesome!

I attempted to take 2 classes with this professor this past semester and was startled to discover that both classes were made identical by his reuse of his favorite stories week after week. The art class required a "summary" of the book which is more like rewriting it. It also included a lot of wasted time.

This professor loves the sound of his voice. Talks alot about his personal experiences and expects his students to read every single word of all the books he assigns to us. Makes you write a report on each chapter, as if we were in 6th grade. Don't miss class & don't be late in turning in HW because he will make you feel stupid infront of others

I really enjoyed this class. Peter makes the class very fun and interesting. There is a lot of work to do in this class and you will get an A if you do the work. There are no tests in this class, which is why there are so many assignments. He makes the time for his students. He is very engergetic about teaching and enjoys what he does!

I found it hard to go to class as Peter talked a lot about his own experiences rather then staying on task to what we were reading about. It seemed like each class was not as organized as it should be. I felt a lot of my time was wasted on his stories about himself rather then talking about children and procedures in the classroom

Peter is one of the coolest teachers I've had. He may give a lot of work. But it is well worth it. I learned a lot and he made it interesting. I really enjoyed his class and will take others he teaches in semesters to come.
