Dr. Frank really knows his stuff. Many students complain that his lectures are dry. Maybe so, but he's pretty funny if you are nerdy enough to appreciate his sense of humor. He is definitely a biology nerd through and through. He exposes biology students to a greta deal of quantitative reasoning and exams aren't too tough. Didn't use the textbook.

I liked his teaching style, pretty much everything you need for the test is in the notes, that he writes for you on the board. He is fair, and will curve tests. It is not difficult to get an A if you just know the material from the notes, which is pretty easy to understand. His tests are very similar to the practice tests.

Nice guy who is always ready to discuss the nature of soybeans. Knows what he is talking about and doesn't jump around in notes or lecture - flows logically. Clicker questions are ALWAYS on the test, make a note of every one that you can't find in your notes right away. They are a big part of the grade, too; go to class if only for those points.

He has been one of the best biology professor ever. He is fun, not boring, very knowledgable, exciting and I can go on, the only down side to him are his multiple choice questions on his test!

Nice, Laid back teaching style. Stays on topic and covers material clearly. Can get dry...but then again it's mol gen. Keep good class notes and do study guide and practice exam!
