Comment:

She gives you group projects, but they are fun, and you learn how to actually run a company. The meetings outside of class are a great time to network with real businesses that could excel your current business if you have one.

She's a great lady, easy class but be on time. Easy assignments and a group simulation where you meet at your own discretion. We had a few service jobs outside of class too. Highly recommend.

She doesn't grade until the final week, kept changing the due date, and very unorganized. She doesn't even read the journals. The class is fairly easy and she is a sweet lady, but I will NOT take her again. If you are the type of person who is concern about knowing your grade I will not recommend her.

I was surprised by the ratings. Mrs. Proffitt has been highly unorganized and have taken forever to grade things. Her expectations were for us to work as a group but she continuously micromanages. She has screamed at the class for not doing this or that but preaches "lead by an example". WHATEVER!

She communicates well with the students. She gives you feed backs of your work. Only thing I didn't like was that the tests are 50 questions in 1 hour, reading all the questions and possible answers took my time, so be ready to be on the edge of your seat. Her lecture notes needs to be updated. Overall great teacher and will recommend her.

This class was a fairly easy class. SheDoes not give extra credit! All you work is on the book website and do all assignments and you will do good in her class! Note all quizzes and Test are based off the the textbook! Her notes and power point are not helpful in my opinion! I did not get the grade I wanted out her class,but I will take her again

The instructor expects class to lead by example, yet she does a poor job of expressing leadership to her students. Minimal comments or interaction on assignments submitted through Blackboad. VERY SLOW to grade (last week of semester)! I would recommend taking at another campus. Instructor has a good heart, but her mind wasn't in it this semester.

Ms. Proffitt is great! Very well organized and cares about her students. She will help you with any problems and give you valuable insight. The work load is not bad at all, and the tests were multiple choice! Highly recommend her!

Ms. Proffitt was very organized and responded quickly to any type of contact(Phone, email). The class had weekly assignments and was plenty of busy work, all was easy and interesting. However I am a perfectionist and probably consumed too much of my time. I aced everything even the major project except the exams.I made B's.I'm A student & got a B
