Prof. Haider wants you to succeed no matter how hard it may be to understand him. His accent is kind of thick but his notes very detailed and if you are paying attention to the course and doing the insane amounts of HW there is no way you can fail. I would love to have him teach any of my EET courses.

I'm not sure what you are expected to get out of this class but it seems rather pointless. Dr. haider seems to care about his students but does not really convey the material very well. You will end up teaching yourself from his notes. He rarely uses the book and it is almost irrelevant to the class. If possible, I would take it with someone else

In my opinion this Prof needs to find a new job. He knows the material, but has no idea how to impart that knowledge on others. Complained to our class that we had the same lack of knowledge that his last class did. The common factor - HIM! He likes to "explain briefly" then expects in-depth understanding. AVOID if possible.

OK; he means well. I'll give him that. And he does know his stuff. He can't teach very well, though (although I've had worse) -- and he does have a rather thick accent. Given the choice, I'd pick another professor -- but his classes can be survived. TTN students beware: Haider often does NOT realize you are there; your questions may go unanswered!!

Hard to understand but repeats material a lot so that you understand. He gets off subject sometimes, but he's a pretty easy grader as long as you make it clear that you understand. He's a nice guy though.
