Prof Hahn is very kind. She's always willing to help her students. Even though she is easy going, you have to study the material; although, it is NOT hard. shes very straight-forward and will not try to trick you.

Prof Hahn is extremely knowledgeable in her field and will teach you if you're willing to learn. Although she speaks pretty quietly which can be annoying, she gives clear instructions on assignments and gives you all the info for tests if you pay attention. Worth taking.

InfSci with Hahn can be boring with lectures, but she's there to help you pass. Somewhat teaches from the textbook, and the labs can be somewhat boring, but she will tell you the material on the test and give you some of the answers.

Prof Hahn was awesome..she's very nice and the class is pretty basic & easy. Lab was pointless but she did give you answers to test questions usually.

Comment:

Susie Hahn is a very nice lady. Her lectures and tests are very clear cut. She goes directly from the book. The labs are pointless, but for those who do go to the labs, she gives you some answers to the tests. I must note that she is late 99.9% of the time to class, so don't rush to get there.

Comment:

Prof. Hahn is great! She's been teaching and out of the field for awhile, but she's always trying to stay up to date with technology. She's always eager to help clear up any confusion you may have, and is very fair with grading. I didn't end up going to the Req'd lab and still got a B+. It's not a blowoff class, but she makes it easier!

She is a very very nice lady, but she does not have any recent knowledge of the material. I've had her for several classes, and after working in the industry, realized most of what she teaches is dated. It would be nice if professors were mandated to keep up with what's going on in the world, not just teaching what they knew.

The class was kind of dull, but after a glance at the textbook you'll see why. She usually had at least one related tech story to tell us per class period, which did tend to ease things up a bit. Attendance at lectures was important, but if you missed most of the "labs" you'd probably still do fine: they ranged from semi-useful to sort of silly.

The best professor to take if you're really new to programming. She caters to those with little to no experience (as she should!). Although she was still learning Java this semester while teaching it, it still went pretty smoothly. She's probably been programming since before you were born yet manages to dispense her expertise very effectively.

She's nice, she will help you if you don't understand, and if you study hard enough you can easily earn an A. However she can be at times boring, I've drifted off into 'la-la' land sometimes in her class, but you should take her if you are taking INFSCI.

Like Ben Stein on the wonder years. If you can't sleep well at night, go to her class..she'll put you right to sleep in no time. Tests aren't too bad though. if you can stay awake, then go for it.
