Great instructor. Weekly chapters to read with weekly quizzes. Also had other miniature assignments due every three weeks. Only test is the final. Staying on top of assignment due dates is a must. Learned a lot, would take as an elective again. 100% recommend

Tim is a great guy. He is a very easy grader and takes a lot of time to help explain concepts. The only down side is that he is pretty boring and sometimes can't get to the point. He also tends to look at the ceiling and not at you which distracted me at least. I would recommend him because he is a nice guy that is always willing to help.

What Tim lacks in organizational skills he makes up in everything else. He is really good at explaining things, he is very patient, and he helps you out a lot before the test comes.He always finds interesting things to show the class that are slightly relevant to what we are studying, and they are usually gracioso.You will have a good class w/ him.

if possible, avoid all other spanish classes that aren't taught by tim woolsley. not only will you learn more, but his grading is extremely fair. one of the few teachers who cares more about what his students learn than anything else.

VERY easy; only time we had to talk in Spanish was for our Oral Exam; watched a few movies; very laid back and easygoing; extremely nice and approachable; willing to help if you need it; tries to make Spanish as understandable as possible; definitely recommend taking him; got an A in his class
