Honestly, if you care anything about your GPA and getting into a university like UCLA or UCB DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR!! don't take her for any class. She is the worst teacher EVER. And it's not because stats is hard it's because she teaches poorly. She hand writes every test, even the final and she makes it challenging on purpose. I hate her. >:(

Worst professor ever. Reading the comments before taking her class, I thought she wouldn't be THAT bad. I was wrong. She is hard to understand and speaks in a monotone voice. A bunch of people dropped out halfway through. If you can teach yourself go for it but if you need a little more help then avoid!

Really nice woman but not a great teacher. The exams are nothing like the online homework. Her lectures sometimes differ from what the book says. When reading the book it all made sense to me but when it came to the exams I didn't do too well. I got an A in calculus yet ended up getting a C in this class. Do not take her.

means well, but absolutely the worst class I have ever taken, and I used to be a math geek! so unclear and is not consistent with lectures and tests. she must think the whole class understands but we don't. avoid it. and put work with another teacher.

The absolute worst teacher I've ever had in my life. She can't speak, and always confuses the class with her lecture because its inconsistent. She even marked answers on my test wrong because I showed work and she said I only want the answer... Does that make sense to you. I got a b in the class, but have never been so frustrated with a teacher!!!

The online homework and quizzes are super easy, I usually got As and Bs. BUT her tests DO NOT reflect what you do with the online work. How is it that I know how to use my calculator and got As and Bs on all homework and quizzes but fail her tests. Makes no sense whatsoever. Unless your prepared to completely teach yourself, do NOT take her.

She is very helpful. I should tell you that at the beginning the class was hard because i wasn't paying attention to it as it requires, and after receiving low grades on my first two test I though i would barely get a D and was scared to get a F and I was thinking of dropping the class. With her advice and help I could get a B in the class.

HORRIBLE PERSON EVER. sometimes she doesnt know how to explain things. and when she doesnt know how to do a problem that shes teaching, she'll stop and make an excuse out of it. Claims if you do all the homework and pay attention in lecture, you should pass the exams with no problems. NOT THE CASE. Teaches differently than the textbook/online homework. Difficult to comprehend her lectures when the homework is telling you a different way to do it... Does not go over final exam review, tells you to do it yourself.

Worst teacher EVER! Is terrible at explaining concepts and uses half the class time for quizzes when its a hybrid class. Does not go over quizzes and it will be up to the students to help you out with the final review because she doesn't bother with it. Will not let you use index card for final. SHE IS HORRIBLE.
