Best teacher (ie. learning leader) I ever had. Chem 240/270/340/370/430/EnSc Senior Project. Very practical and applied which is why I changed majors. But you have to know your stuff including the prerequisites (had quiz on first day of class several times).

God forbid a professor make you think. . . WG makes his students apply the information he presents. . . that is one of the highest forms of learning possible. Great class, skills learned here were applicable to my job.

Excellent educator. I had WG for 3 courses, air quality, water quality, and industrial hygiene. he has a different teaching style, one where you actualy learn and can apply the material to the real world.

God was his class hard. I'm very happy that he is retiring soon. He's very nice, but refuses to teach. You have to teach yourself.
