Aldridge is not the best professor, she makes you decorate name tags o_0 It's very hard to follow her during lectures(all over the place)Homework is useless, all of the group project papers are lists which is easy. Not specific in anything. I don't recommend her.

Treats students like 9th graders. Grades ONLY based on your ability to memorize collections of useless terms. I learned nothing going to this class. Gives random pointless HW assignments and doesn't communicate well. about 20% of your project grade is whether you wore a suit or not to the presentation. Avoid her

Worst professor I have ever had. There is a difference between tough but good and her. Plays favorites, no guidance on assignments, grades unfairly. Just horrible. I never complain about the grades I make but I am appealing this grade beacause of how unfair this class is.

Terrible. She plays favorites. I (successfully) appealed my grade to the department chair because she was unfair. Take good notes on EVERYTHING, as she puts the most trivial things on tests such as personal anecdotes that have nothing to do with the material.

Despite the stories for the Dist Chan class, she wasnt too bad at all for mkt3050, study the powerpoint, but it seemed even though she said she didnt, most of her stuff was right outta the book on the exams. Class participation or attendence doesnt really matter, i missed at least 10 classes and still got a 95. Not the best, but def not the worst

Terrible. Must have gotten tenure before AppState became respectable. Can't teach, powerpoints have lots ofClipArt but lacking in information, and she grades very harshly without providing adequate guidance on assignments. Take this class if you want to be treated like a third grade student, graded like a PhD student, and not learn anything at all.

If you give the utmost respect and ignore what you already "think" you know about her...she is exteremely helpful. Class is not hard if you go to class and actually take notes as well as read the chapters. Paper is a little tough, but she will provide direction. Those who do not do well in her class do not put forth the effort to do well.

Horrible. Could not understand the difference between claiming value and creating value. When tried to explain she thought I was rude, made to go to her office, asked very personal questions, then told me I was rude, poor communicator, etc., then took points off my final grade. Tells you to study PPTs then takes them off classdat.

The hardest class i've ever taken. She is the only choice unless you take summer classes. She is a very nice lady but the class isn't pleasant. I dont understand the point putting 70 mc, 6 short answer, and a 1 page essay on the same exam. Just hope you get a good group for the notorious case project. Unless she's grading, she's very nice. Enjoy!

Bad teacher. Not willing to help at all, even after turning in a rough draft of her 20 page project still gave a lower grade then groups who didnt. Took down power pts. before test. Quizzes/homework on every chapter. Kind of rude, expects this class to be your number 1 priority. Hard tests/ Hard project. too bad shes the only teacher in this course

She is terrible! She just simply blows! She is not willing to help and makes you feel stupid. She removed the slides from classdat prior to the final exam so no one could study and would not allow you to look at your old tests as a study aid. She is a rigarous grader...especially on the group project. Her outfits will entertain you at the least.

Terrible teacher. Assigns a 10-15 page paper along with a project and still grades poorly on it. Only the first group to go gets a good grade. only teaches on wal-mart. Does not care about students and lies about what's on the tests. PS if you have to take the final, the questions ARE from the previous exams. she says they're not.

Ok Teacher, nothing more then average at best. Can be difficult to get help from, and project is graded very tough, which is 25% of your grade. Avoid if possible but definately not the worst teacher ever. F.Y.I. participation helps, but doesn't have to be relevant to anything from class, which makes class very pointless

Nice, but not the best at explaining the simplest ideas. She tryed to create divisions between concepts that weren't that different(if that makes sense?). Anyways, as a person she was fine. I didn't particularly agree her view points that she made very clear from the beginning, but I don't hold that against her. The class wasn't bad, just study!

Easily the worst teacher I've had in the COB. If she doesn't stereotype you as one of her pets then you will be fighting a losing battle everyday. Her tests are rediculous and unclear. Very unfair in her grading and where she wants to give out points. The course itself isn't too bad but she makes it as hard as humanly possible.

The previous descriptions were way off!!! Dr. Aldridge is very friendly and presents the material very well. She is always willing to help us learn and she gives the studenst every opportunity to succeed! She expects respect and she gives it back in return. She is really a nice woman, and I enjoyed the class alot more than I thought I would.

I was intimidated going into her class b/c I'd heard stories, but she was very friendly and pleasant to all of us.She seeks out how the class best learns,and tries to base her teaching style around that,which was helpful. Her tests can be rough, but its supposed to be a rough class.very approachable. Give her respect and she'll do the same for you
