Great professor! I would 100% take a class with her again. Only negative I have to say is that she's a bit of a tough grader, especially since this is a 100 level art class and most of the students don't have any experience and when she does give your grade back she doesn't give you any type of feedback on what you got points taken off for.

She is passionate about art and knowledgable. Very kind person. I can't draw but finished this class with a sense of accomplishment with the techniques she gave. I would recommend her class.

This class can be difficult at first. At the end I ended up with pretty good drawings. She'll help you and give you tips to make your drawings better but you're in class a long time. Not very open minded about things, gave my friend a C on his final drawing because it was a gun. It was an amazing drawing too.

Very very nice - is better at teaching drawing/painting than Art History - Lectures are rather long - Can be hard to hear - very soft spoken. She doesn't lecture for her drawing classes - really can teach you to draw if you want to learn. It's amazing. I never bought the book for DSN 110 and it didn't hurt my grade. Likes students to like her work.

If you are serious about art, she is the instructor to have. You can tell she has a passion for what she does. Alas, she does play by the rules. oh well, get your money's worth. Do the best you can, and participate without being obnoxious.

I am not a big fan of art history. The lectures were a little long for me, but she is very knowledgeable. She is extremely helpful if you show interest in succeeding. Just ask and she will help you. Unfortunately though, even after the class, I still don't like art history one bit.
