I had her for Public Speaking. It was a lot of work but she was very interesting. The presentations we did were very interesting. Didn't like how we had to go listen to ourselves after we were done with our speechs but it really helped in the end.

Terrible teacher, I have a mac and took her online class and some stuff she post on blackboard do not show on my mac. She does not care, and will not let you turn in late work or suggest something you can do extra. If you ask her questions she answers with its in my syllabus. I have taken many online classes and her class was ridiculous. stay away!

I took her online public speaking class and it's a piece of garbage. Her blackboard site is completely unorganized and the whole site is designed for PC's. Mac users beware she wouldn't accept my assignments because she couldn't open them because I wrote them on a Mac! I had to resubmit everything on a PC! Bottom line this class sucks.

i took the gen com class online, and id like to say my accounting classes are easier than this!! online classes are for you to teach yourself, not to have your teacher mother every move you make, i agree with the others, cussing is the only thing i want to do! Dont ever take this teacher, if your not a mind reader, you wont make it, ridiculous!

I don't know what everyone is talking about. Yea she's a little out there, but she's entertaining and will always keep you laughing. As long as you go to class and do the assignments youll do fine. She was my favorite teacher this semester and I enjoyed her public speaking class very much!

This was the worst teacher I have ever had. She was so unorgainzed. She had assignments all over blackboard. If you did not turn in an assignment in the way she wanted you to than you would not get credit even if you turned it in. She was useless to me.

The only words to truly describe this person as a teacher involves only cursing, which I am not allowed to write here. She is terrible and does not and WILL NOT help you. With anything, ever. Her tests are also loaded with subjective questions which you will miss frequently.

I took the internet course over the summer. She is so disorganized! A real stickler for doing things EXACTLY how she wants them, but she's all over the board w/ her course materials, assignments, quizzes, blackboard postings, etc. You need a secretary to take this course.

Her online Gender Comm class is pretty much a joke. If you don't get an A, something is terribly wrong with you. Her pink bubble-gum teaching site looks like it was designed by a 12 year old and her material isn't very compelling. We had some interesting discussions though and that helped make the class a little more worthwhile.

If you want to take public speaking without having to do any speaches in front of people, then take this class in the telecourse version. All your speeches are in front of the camera in an empty room. The only public speech you do is the 1st day of class. You talk abut yourself for about 30 sec to 1 min.
