I took Dr. B my first quarter, and made sure to take every class she taught. She is whip smart, loves what she does, and made me love biological anthro too. She is the reason I'm pursuing a PhD in biological anthro. She can play harda**, but it's not for real. She's awesome!

You need to go into this class willing to do work. You have to write two papers that were fairly easy. Make sure you go to class and take her notes. I did very well but other people who didn't take the class seriously got bad grades. Just try and it should be fine.

Dr. Bellisari is very knowledgeable when it comes to the topics she teaches. Exams are ususally a bit tricky, must go to class and take notes..they are never posted online, videos are shown often and questions will be on the exam,possibility of final being take home, at least one paper is required if not more. Overall, good prof!

OM! Ok, we have to read these AWFUL BORING articles and ask an in class question about them to write a paper. VERY STUPID. Also, the exams are tricky and worded so that there is more than one right answer. NO extra credit, No study guides, No nothing. I just don't ever want her again..the class was interesting but SHE ruined it for the most of us.

CST 241 is a Intro ATH class. Let me clear up a few things that other people said on that IS NOT TRUE! Notes are NOT online you have to copy them from the pwr point. There are no STUDY GUIDES. EVERYTHING you go over is on the test & tests are VERY TRICKY word wise. Its not a bad class. You also have to read these dumb articles & write 2 papers.

decent teacher but not very entertaining. i constantly zoned out and failed the first time. retook it during the summer. TAKE IT DURING THE SUMMER! take home exams and she uses her time more effectively then. And show up on days she is showin a video. it may be boring but it will be on the exam.

I have enjoyed all of Dr. Bellisari's classes. She is informative and helpful. I think that she wants everyone to do well and will help (within reason). Her writing is sometimes difficult to read, but she will repeat if needed. I recommend her classes.

Dr. Bellisari is very nice, and a great teacher. The class might be boring if you don't like the subject. You don't really have much work. But, watch the tests, because she does word the questions kind of confusingly. Those "chose the best answer" questions that also have a "none" or "all" of the above options. Can be misleading.

interesting class if u like diff cultures. provides a power pt outline every lecture so do go to lectures or read 40pg chapters. pretty much no work required. gives study guides. two major papers for WI but very easy, gives a chance for a rewrite. highly recommend. few movies too.

The class was kinda boring and if you don't like Jeanne Ballantine you won't like her either. The videos are a little out there sometimes, interesting/funny but last forever and are repetitive. The class is pretty easy just boring. But still good if you have to take this class. It coulda been worse.

The primates class was really neat and Bellisari is more than fair on all tests and papers. Just study hard for the tests, but she'll give you a study guide for the tests if you just ask.
