He is the worst teacher and he Wong teach you a thing. You will have to learn it on your own bc he go uld care less. Your notes will be useless for the exam. I swear the university just keeps him to help bring the curve down and make people lose their scholarships. He didnt give an A my year and curved to B+. He sucks!

He will tel you you're a embarrassment and its enjoyable to hear him yell just not when its you. Hes rude and his exam is beyond difficult.Hes a genius and expects alot more. Do your briefs well and you will be fine. Hes scary and its all a show, hes like the law school drill sergeant. BE PREPARED.

Terrible. Sure, he uses Socratic method - but to intimidate, humiliate,and insult students. He expects you to know every detail of every case even if its irrelevant. He is not concise, will never state the rule & will ignore most emails. If your late, don't come because he will throw you out. Exam is multiple choice - 1L curve actually helps here.

This guy isn't afraid to give out bad grades. I worked very hard and ended up with a B, but I know at least several people failed. He's not too helpful and expects you to learn everything on your own.

Hard prof. His goal is to whip you in shape to be a great law student. Read every word in your book, and be 6-10 cases ahead. Always be prepared for each case in class. Don't take things personal. NEVER say you're an expert in anything. And get ready to hear multiple hypothetical scenarios dealing with a dog rolling down a hill.

Oddi is awesome! You better know your stuff or he will take you to task, but if you aren't going to be prepared, why are you in Law School? Great sense of humor and he holds his students to a high standard.

Excellent teacher who focuses equally on both theory and practical application. He gave our class all of the tools that we needed to do well on the final. Most students who do not like him are looking for a wet-nurse, not a professor.

Comment:
One of the few true 'socratic method' style teachers in law school. Very entertaining and propounds critical thinking in very clear terms. A can't miss joy, if one isn't too busy worrying about their grade to notice.

The person who got an A in our Torts class apparently only got 60% of the questions right on the exam. He makes it a point to terrify students. Even if you prepare well for class, he asks questions in a way that make it difficult to figure out what he's getting at, then he yells at you. Awful class.

Oddi is the law school pitbull out to scare you the first semester in Torts. Expects you to be on time but never helps you outside of class. But, he is extremely entertaining and funny; he could headline Torts class and I would pay. If only this weren't for a grade.
