When I say this class is by far the best class I have taken all year. If you fail the class you honestly deserved it because there is no way you can fail. Even though we have about 3 weeks left I know I'll have an A. He doesn't give you too much, and each quiz is on the chapter you just read.

Jobe is a great professor who really wants his students to learn. There is a test for each chapter, 1 paper, a midterm, and final. Easiest class!

Easy class. I took it online. Basically you read a lot, take the quizzes, a midterm, (we never got a final) and do a paper. He doesn't interact with us much except if you email or call him for help. I put minimal effort into this class until it came time to write the paper, which wasn't hard either. Seriously. Easiest A I've ever had.

Lots of reading for the course. Professor was overall nice and helps if needed. Class is just a series of tests after reading a few chapters, mid term, final, and a paper. Simple enough. If you read and study you will pass this class with a good grade.

Took this class online and let me say I never felt like the professor was ever involved with the students. It takes him a long time to respond to emails. Be prepared to read the chapters thoroughly because quizzes are on 3-5 chapters at a time and questions come from one line in the chapter. Tough quizzes study and take notes, you will pass.

Always answered my emails and returned my phone calls. Prof Jobe gives you countless attempts to pass his class. Its probably more difficult to fail. Read the book you pass the class.

Super EASY class. Textbook has ALL of the test answers. Entire course is 10 chapter tests, 20 questions each. 2 due every 2 weeks. Then there's the midterm, final, and one paper. So simple I couldn't believe it!

Amazing teacher! Easy A. Is very understanding. I took this online. If you're not able to go on campus to take midterm and final he will work with you, you just have to let him know in advance. He lets you take tests twice then at the end of the semester he opens all test and let you try for the third time. 5 exams and an essay!

This class was so easy that it would take MORE effort for you to FAIL this class than to pass. Seriously, you'd really have to go out of your way to fail. I rented the book online vs buying a hard copy and once it's time for you to take tests, you will see exactly why having the book online is the better option. Do the work you'll be fine.

He was such a good teacher. He really drew me in to the subject even though this was one of those "I have to take this class because it's required." kind of classes. He is entertaining and by doing so he makes you remember the subject well. Very well recommended!

Super easy class! Five tests, a midterm and final( which are taken on campus), and a five page paper on a topic you pick. Each test you can take two times and the highest grade is counted. And the last week of the semester you have a chance to redo tests for a better grade. Very easy and caring professor!

Professor Jobe is simply the best! He is very knowledgeable of his subject. He is fair and treats students with respect. This man is one of the best professor at SSC. He knows how to teach. I learnt a lot in his class.

I suggest not taking this course online. The instructor is nice & somewhat helpful he gives chances,however a large % of this class is from quizzes that are timed and difficult to find the answers in the textbook. Even though you can retake them they are all different and nearly impossible to pass. And there is not a study guide for the quizzes.
