Comment:

I had her reading block, and she too gave half of the class their assignments and left the rest to fend for theirselves. She never gave clear instructions, she didn't give a rubric so we never knew what she was looking for, she was very rude to the class, and she was disorganized. I have never had sucn a horrible experience at Sam except for her. I strongly recomend not having her as a professor.

started out really nice and helpful. but by the end of the semester she was always in a bad mood and she started being real particular when grading.

I had her for my reading block, and I have never had such a horrible experience. She was not helpful at all she gave half the class their lessons and then the rest had to fend for their own for field experiences. Her directions were unclear and made students feel stupid for asking questions

Took her as part of secondary methods block. She is very clear on directions, gives appropriate feedback on work that is turned in, and prior to exams passes out a thorough review. Dr. Higgins regularly keeps office hours and answers all questions asked of her.

I've had her twice now. She gets work back quickly and is very helpful. She is serious about lesson plans, so do them her way.

Started the course out being very nice and helpful, but by the end of the semester came in every morning griping at us and giving dirty looks to everyone. She also started out by returning our work very quickly, and then started taking forever.
