He is mostly easy. He gives a practice exam before the real one. Homework is online stuff. The labs are mostly straight forward. He gives lots of extra credit. There is no reason to fail or get below a B grade because it's his fault, only you can cause that.

Had him like a year ago PHY2500. A pretty straight-forward class, and you will learn the fundamentals if you do seriously try to put in the work, but he does make the class easy enough to the point where you can coast and not really learn. Something to be aware of if you go to a competitive University out of OCC (UMich) and/or are becoming an EE/CE

He gives you a practice test which is 90% of the real test. He also gives you so much EC its a challenge NOT to do it. the only bad thing is the the online HW, Some problems you wont learn how to do and its very frustrating. but he is super lenient on labs and HW grades and even has built in EC on it. There's 3 tests and a 1 problem presentation.

Mr. Donelson is great proffesor. Take him if you get the chance....made physics really easy. He was helpfull and understanding. Make sure you take notes the class before the test, really helps.

Prof. Donelson is a GREAT Physics teacher. He really knows & enjoys teaching the class, & is great at explaining everything. He reviews everything that is going to be on the exams beforehand, so you know exactly what to study, if you pay attention to what he says. Gives lots of opportunity for extra credit. He makes taking Physics almost painless.

He made what was supposed to be one of the hardest classes in Physics easy as hell! He'll tell you what's on the tests. Imp: he'll tell you there might be a certain variation to a problem he gives, it WILL be the variation.

Knowledgeable, funny, helpful. Not enough good words to describe Mr. Donelson. He gives out a TON of extra credit and he tells you exactly what will be on his tests. Above all he will teach you physics well! He is a must if you have to take Physics!
