Exactly like other raters said, she is useless. If you have issues or questions in forums she is of no help. She fully admits to just glancing over assignments! Ridiculous- I want her job if that's all she has to do! Also!! When a program is used that is making errors, she is not helpful with the concerns by many of the class.

This is the second time I have taken this class. This professor really doesn't like to pass her studets. She finds small things wrong and then gives little feedback on an assignment. I'm glad I took this course online.

Seems very exclusionary. Would rather flunk you than pass you. Will use any and all opportunities to deduct points, even when the errors are obviously not your fault. Would never take this teacher again. And the graders suck, too!

Did not enjoy this class at all. She seems very lazy and acts like she is doing you a favor just by being there. Also does not seem to like Hispanics. Makes subtle insults about their accents. Also seems to have a low opinion of Mindy Mass, the department chair. I think she wants Mindy's job.

The class is extremely easy for anyone who has used a computer before. However, she treats the whole class like we are dumb. She also seems very snooty. I would recommend taking the class online so you don't have to be bored all class while she talks about how wonderful Microsoft is.

I don't know what it is with these teachers in the COMAP Dept, but they are the laziest bunch of turds I have ever seen. They don't respond to e-mails, they don't care about anything except their stupid deadlines, and they don't even grade the homework. The COMAP Dept. sucks!!!!!!!

This course is a great intro to Microsoft Office, and Carol is an excellent instructor. Very knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and involved (as are the OIAs) unlike many online instructors I've encountered. Carol is constantly checking in through e-mail & the class discussion board. It's apparent that she cares greatly about each students' success.

4.0 units. MSOffice. Hardest class I've ever taken. Whew! Pressure. No one came up for air. No one in the class had time to breathe, let alone meet the other students. She knows her subject, I like her as a person, but she is DRIVEN! We had no time in class to do homework which was totally out of the book. Lab time is mandatory and logged.
