Took this online class during summer. Not many assignments due in one week, but there is a lot that needs to be due by the time quizzes come up. Sometimes the study guides are no help, so I would jot dot some important info you think you may need. Easy assignments, but challenging quizzes. Overall, I would take this class again!

As long as you do your reading, you should do pretty well on the discussion boards and homework. The tests on the other hand, are extremely hard. I studied day into late night every day for a week. I took notes on everything, and still the best grade i ever got on an exam was an 82. The exams are usually 50 qusetions in 50 mins.

I've taken two of his criminal classes, both were easy. He gives reviews for tests, extra credit options, and the only 'papers' are 4-5 one page, double spaced articles of your choosing.

Great guy, Great class. He is passionate about the subject and in return makes your interested inlearning more.You only have 4 tests (easy but you will need to study), and 1 writing assingment (sum up 5 articles) I would definatly take him again!

I have taken Easetp a total of 3 times now, I would highly recommend this class to ANY Steeler fans out there during the fall. Very informative professor one of the best I've had thus far, bar none. *Avoid talking politics unless you are from New York, California or drive a Prius* Highly recommended professor (take good notes)

Such a great teacher, he's definitely the reason I know what I do about criminal justice. I don't understand the negative ratings on here because I've taken him for many different classes. On the other hand you can't really trust someone that types "testz." Amazing teacher, definitely take him.

Amazing teacher. Gives you tons of life lessons on the subjects, which made it easier for me to remember. He also lets you do some type of community service learning as a grade instead of writing papers, (ride along) etc. This class was amazing but if you do miss a class you will fall very far behind.Best teacher, hands down.

Amazing class with an amazing professor! I have loved both classes I've taken with him so far! I plan on taking all he teaches! The tests can be difficult if you don't study, but he'll usually give study guides to make it easier. I highly recommend taking him, even if you're not interested in the field! GREAT classes!!! =]

Eastep, is a down to earth type of guy. Test can be rough if you dont study at all... But, for the most part I haven't enjoyed a class and learned at the same time better than in Criminology.

I loved him as a teacher. He definitely knows what he is talking about. Even if you aren't interested in Criminal Justice you will like his class. His tests are fairly tough, but if you study the right stuff; you'll do fine. I highly recommend him! =]

Highly reccomend to anyone, whether or not you interested in criminal justice the course material is knowledge that can be used in the real world. Eastep knows his stuff, hes like a walking criminal justice book. He can rattle off a surpreme court case like he is describing his breakfast. Take Eastep!!!

He was okay... His tests were fairly tough. He is definately very liberal, and if you dont get tired of hearing how Bush destroyed the economy take him. (I had him in an election year though). Good teacher, but gets sidetracked easy and we got veryyyyy behind in class.
