Smith is biased and unprofessional. She shows a great deal of favourtism. Instead of giving a student she doesn't like an A she gives them a B++. No concept of true academia.

She only cares about the reputation of the school and its "product." Be on her good side, or else. She enjoys her own voice, but doesn't instruct you (then she says you don't understand). She's not a horrible teacher, but she's not a sympathetic person. So much more, so little space.
