By far the most condescending professor I've ever encountered. I've been in college for 3 years and I'm amazed that she's still teaching. If you don't follow her instructions to a T, forget the grade altogether. Don't bother asking her for your percentage in the class; she records them on paper so she won't tell you. DO NOT TAKE!!

She's very sweet & helpful but strict when she needs to be. I liked her teaching a lot! She was very clear & not confusing like other professors. The material isnt too hard either. If you are confused then just go ask her. She'd be happy to help. Also study and keep up with her for tests and POP QUIZZES! But she's awesome! Take her class!

She talks a lot about her personal life. She also tells to read parts of the book but she never talks about what you read in class. You have 4 big assignments that are easy. She gives 4 pop quizzes throughout the semester. She give three big test: one closed, one open book and one take home. She drops your lowest test grade but not the pop quiz.

She just likes to lecture and tell you how unhealthy you are, like if you dont know something and you ask for clarification she treats you like you like a kindergardener, telling you that you should already know this from elementary school. get on her good side and you'll do fine, but that is hard to do.

she's okay. I don't think I learned anything. I printed out all the papers she wanted but we didn't really use them. I suggest others to just have them on a laptop or iPad. I failed all tests and I managed to get a B. Just try your very best in all the other assignments and pop quizzes. They are not hard.

DO NOT TAKE!! She's rude full of herself and unclear. Her classes are pointless. Most classes she wastes your time asking each person in the class if they have done their work, which is irrelevant, you're the teacher you can find out on your own time who didn't do the work.

Claire is annoying. She always ends class late then gets mad if you leave at the scheduled time. Expensive text, but rarely uses it. Tests you on things she never talks about in class then never reviews the answers. She's rude. Rambles on and on in class about stupid stuff. DONT TAKE THIS CLASS.

RUN, DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS. She is mean, hardly lectures on material that will be on the test. Spends a majority of her time on her laptop while her TA's do all her work. Makes us watch videos instead of lecturing which she is getting paid to do. Very rude and degrading to students. TERRIBLE.

3 Tests(1 Closed, 1 Open Book & 1 Take Home)& u get to drop one test grade. 3 pop-quizes (she practically tells you the info). Roughly 10 assignments. 6-7 are easy and quick to do. 3 of them are not hard but time consuming (incl. 10 hours of community service). Also, 3xtra credit assignments (1 hard, 2 easy), this could be diff each semester.

She isn't a hard teacher. She just likes all assignments to be done the way the handout says. Sign-in sheet at beginning of class and she remembers if you are late or left early. First test is the hardest. I think she was an overall easy grader if you did things right.

Extremely unorganized. Do not challenge her (or question her fact checking) or she will make your life hard. She grades on brownnose points (It's the only reason why I got an A+). She spends 1/2 the class berating her students. She uses info about a decade old for her info (trust me, I helped her make quizzes, I was a TA). AVOID AT ALL COSTS

First, she makes all students waste money on useless print-outs instead of relying solely on the already-expensive text-book. Second, she is very rude and doesn't care about other's opinions. Third, her "Volunteer Work" assignment isn't as volunteering as it seems because it's a mandatory. Fourth, she cares more about her job than the students.

Seriously don't take this class. Worst teacher ever I'm stuck having to take nutrition at CSM now because she teaches at CCSF and Skyline. I've had bad teacher's but she's the worst of all. Save yourselves a nightmare and take nutrition elsewhere.Expects you to read the book, but NEVER talks of it.

The most unorganized teacher ever. I had night class with her and she never lets you out on time. Never tells you the due date beforehand unless you ask. She's rude. Overall, don't take her unless you're trying to develop high blood pressure at the end of the semester.

I coined a new phrase to describe her teaching style: ACADEMIC TERRORISM! I have 3 degrees (many units) top 3 WORST profs I've ever encountered. She runs her class like a PRISON.
