Extremely disappointed with this guy. Missed two weeks of class due to strep throat and he would not work with me at all. Quizzes are hard, grading is strict, and don't be late. Yes, one minute counts as late and is a reduction from your grade. Ridiculous.

Hard to sit through the droning 2x a week. Too much time letting students talk about their first aid experiences then teaching. Tricky tests, must know the book word for word or you won't do well on the tests. Points taken off if you're late 1 minute or skip. Its easier to fail this class than pass. Had straight A's till this class. DONT RECOMMEND!

Can be difficult at times to communicate with. Takes assignments very seriously as well as tests, skills and quizzes. Be prepared to DO WORK. You will quickly fail if you do not read the textbook often and attend class. His quizzes are pop quizzes and cannot be made up if absent. However, will help you if you request it.

This instuctor needs to find a reason to teach and less of a reason to feed his ego. Avoid this class and instuctor. Tests, quizzes, LMO (?). Dues dates are vague and be afraid to ask questions without an umbrella!

Very enthusiastic about the topic and got students involved. Was not a boring class, but if you dont like getting wet dont sign up! The time on the river was a blast.

I hated this teacher. Always talked about his sex life and his friends sex lives.....also spits when he talks....very hard class too! Tons of quizzes and everything has to be just so or he will fail you....get a different teacher

I think maybe he grades harder than he should. Expecting this health class to be easy was incorrect. There are many quizes, so you need to read all the time. He's a pretty good guy though.
