Nice professor, she genuinely wants to help students but she can be a bit boring sometimes. There were some fun times in class however. Fair grader, but she's a little tough with her attendance policy. I liked her overall and I'm taking her literature & culture class next year.

Professor Hess isn't a bad professor. However, while her content isn't dry, her manner of delivering it is. I learned a lot from her French Poetry class...but more because of the text I was reading, not the way it was taught.

Really enjoyed this class. She has a sense of humor and isn't completely nuts like most language teachers.
