Does not take the course seriously, we spend a majority of the class talking off subject. He treats it as though lecture time is his platform to make jokes and the course becomes unclear as a result. Im not sure what were doing, what the assignments are, or how to do them. Very unprofessional setting

Comment:

Nice guy and funny personality. Loved him as a person but did not like him as a teacher. The exams were hard and most of them were only 6 questions so if you did not know a few things, it was pretty much an automatic fail. Things were not clear in his class to me all semester and I felt like he did not go over things well.

I didn't like this class or teacher. I've never had problems with math classes and I got horrible grades in this. He gives a lot of definitions, not many examples to really show what to do. book teaches one thing per section and only reviews that in the homework so you don't get to practice how to determine the type of problem. Makes tests harder

Very helpful and available outside of class. Good sense of humor. Expert in the field of statistics and very experienced. Very friendly. Great Professor!

very clear in explanations, easy to talk with, funny, helpful in and out of class. The only problem is that sometimes he is hard to get a hold of, but he makes himself available before tests at good times.
