Phipps is so excited about the material that he makes learning about it fun for the class. Very helpful and the course work is a life-lesson (the juvenile correctional centers). Great professor! Love the accent! Dreamy good looks!

Phipps is a cool teacher. He's a funny guy, makes the 2hrs and 40mins of class time go by a bit quicker. He's also a big man downtown at the capitol making laws and proposals and stuff... he knows his****. Lots of guest speakers. Very interesting class, I give it a two thumbs up.
