Comment:

Dr. Williams is an awesome professor. She uses real life examples to explain the concepts which helps so much. If you don't read you WILL NOT PASS. So if you're not a reader do NOT take this class. She really does care about her students so if you're having trouble go see her and she'll help you out. 10/10 would recommend.

Comment:

Professor Armstrong is an engaging and fun teacher. I never felt compelled to skip a class because I always learned so much and enjoy her lecturing style. That being said, skipping class with her is a bad idea because her test rely heavily on the lectures. Reading the book is a must. Her test are tough, but if you study well you'll pass for sure.

Comment:

Cannot give enough praise to her as an instructor. The class is somewhat difficult (I'd say 3.5/5) but you will actually learn the content. Expect to read an entire book over the course of the semester and write papers on it. Attendance is a must but you will enjoy every second of class if you engage in discussion. Best professor I've ever had.

She is a good speaker. I liked her, but her tests are nearly impossible. She does half textbook half lectures, so her lecture questions are opinionated. She is also quite lazy with the common assignment - we turned ours in and nearly a month later it was graded.

The tests are half from the book and half from lectures. She is an incredible speaker and if you leave this class without learning about the world political arena then you didn't listen. She is well traveled and class lectures are filled with examples and stories. Notes are a must and so is reading. No cumulative final. I really enjoyed her class.

She is an amazing professor!! She lectures in a more engaging way than any other professor I've had. Her tests are straight forward and just study class notes and key terms from each chapter for the tests! I would definitely take her class again.

Professor AW is possibly one of the best professors I have ever had. I had her for a lower level class but nonetheless each lecture had me captivated. She is very intelligent and very willing to help students succeed. Make sure you read the text book and take thorough notes. Really enjoyed her class!

Dr. Armstrong-Williams is not a very good instructor. Try to take the class with someone else. She does not care about the students and seems to not like teaching. She blames students when they do not know things but she did not teach much so how can we know?

Avoid her.I had IPE & IRT with her,she expects a lot from students but nothing from her. She gives papers & tests back at the end-you never know how to improve or what your grade is.Exams extremely hard, questions confusing,and you have 55 min to answer 4 theory questions indepth.It's like she wants to prove how smart she is and students are stupid

I have had this teacher several times. She loves what she does and truly wants to see everyone succeed. Her classes are interesting but by no means easy. She doesnt make you memorize- its all about understanding. You walk away a smarter student.

Professor Armstrong is an awesome professor. She is VERY knowledgeable and very interesting. She seems to sincerely want her students to understand and apply the class. She is very kind and very fair and very willing to help. She seems to really care about what she teaches and wants to pass that on to the students.

Comment:

Though she is tough, she was the BEST teacher I've ever had!(from both undergrad and grad school) She is lots of FUN & has a good sense of humor. Join her Model UN club, she makes it fun. If you can go on any trip with her as your "advisor" DO IT! She'll let you have fun ;) You'll learn a lot, too.
