This professor is a very good professor, if u take his class, u will only find that I am extremely correct. My major is computer, but I still come here specially to tell everyone that he is good. U don't have to show up every class and he doesn't count the name. However, I never missed one class of him. He made me feel that the Econ is my sec-major

Attendance isn't mandatory, but if you really want to understand the concepts you should go to class. Gives detailed examples in class to explain the topics. He uploads the class slides on Blackboard. The information is taken from the textbook. 2 exams, each worth 40% of your grade. The homework is worth 20%. The final isn't cumulative.

Definitely come to class and you won't ever have to read the textbook. Tests come directly from notes in PowerPoint . He provides clear explanation of all the course context. Don't need to come to class and can pass through reading PowerPoints but very helpful to understand the context quickly through his explanations. Grading depends on exams.

Attendance wasn't mandatory so i barely attended class. Just read the textbook, do your homework on time and study the Powerpoints and you should be able to do just fine, an easy B class if you put in the work.

A lot of the things that you learn in class are from the textbook that and all the homework is from the textbook and the chapters discussed in class. If you do practice questions from the hw, that should prepare you enough for an 80+ on the tests. Prof. Rezvani honestly knows what he's talking about in class and if you ever need help you. Take him.

Gives 2 exams worth 40% each. Homework was online and had unlimited attempts so as long as you do it before the due date, you will get an easy 20 points. Don't need to read textbook but will need online HW access pass which will have textbook ($58). All you need to do is study the homeworks alot and you will get a good grade on tests.

The professor did a great job teaching/explaining what could have been very hard material in a very strait forward and easy way to understand. He gives a nice curve at the end. There are 2 exams at 40% each which are very strait forward and online homework worth 20%. I took this class during the summer semester and did not regret it!

Professor Rezvani is amazing in lecture. LOTS of homework due every week but you get unlimited attempts. My issue goes towards his exam. THEY ARE HARD!!! The class average was around 60s. The only issue is his exams considering this is a beginner econ class but he's a great teacher that curves

Attendance is optional. Go to class to see what will be on the test. If you and a buddy take his class, you can alternate who shows up each week. Uses almost all of the lecture time (Sat only class). Final could of been a lot harder. HW is an easy 20 points toward final grade. Kids got below 20 because they missed the hw.

Solid choice. Hw is all online, you get three attempts. Tests aren't too difficult: 30-35 questions, most are easy, but usually 3-5 are difficult. In typical QC fashion, a quarter of the class only shows up for the tests and fails miserably, which gives you a nice curve

A lot of work and a lot of computations on his class. But he's easy to understand and he cares about the students and would go over things a lot of times if you need too. Exams are multiple choice, midterm and final. Curves a grade up if he sees your trying. He's a good man!

Very good lectures, much of it is calculator usage. There aren't any reviews and there are some curveballs on the test.

Professor Rezvani is the best. He is very clear in his lectures and gives great, real world examples to make sure you understand. Attendance is not mandatory, but you will be in a lot better shape if you go to class. He's straight to the point, and a no-nonsense kind of guy. Pay attention in class, do the weekly homework, and you'll be fine.

He gives great lectures. All I did, went to the class and spent an hour to do his hw every week. I don't know why class average was so low. His lectures will make you ready for the exams. exams are very easy too.

I took his weekend class this semester and it's amazing. His lecture makes it so much easier to understand all those concepts and models. Go to his lecture, pay attention, read the slides, do the homeworks and you will get an easy A. Some people failed just because they are rarely in class!

He is a really good economic professor. If you go to every class and take a good note, you will not have a problem with midterm and final exam. The test is kind of tricky and difficult if you don't understand the concepts of each chapter. To be honest, his test is not based on homework, mostly come from the lectures he teaches on the class.

His class is graded based on three things, midterm, final, and homework. The tests are really hard, and even though his lectures are really good the examples he goes over in class are a lot easier compared to those on the test.

Good prof & definitely knows his stuff HOWEVER majority of the class struggled b/c of the grading criteria (40% midterm 40% final 20% hw). The examples he gives in class are simplified versions which can make it difficult b/c the questions on the tests are 10X harder. Majority of the class failed so he curved our grades. Good prof but a hard class!

He gives great lectures and explains the topics very carefully. Cares about his students. I took his weekend class and there were two exams. Majority of the class did poorly on them, but if you study hard, you should be fine. Read the textbook and study your notes thoroughly before exams and you should pass with a good grade.
