Dr. Calls class is hard. He says his answers on his tests are all right but you need to choose the best answer. Its very hard. No other grades then 3 exams. Cumulative final. This is a law school class. I would take a different professor.

Dr. Call is a great professor! Yes, there is a lot of studying since there are so many slides in his power points but his tests are straight from what is covered. Call is very caring and will help his students out! No attendance policy but does give a good curve at the end if you only missed a few classes and clicked in with an I-Clicker

He is a very passionate and renowned professor. While his lectures may sometimes be a little dry and monotone, he is exceptionally knowledgeable you should definitely take advantage of his plethora of knowledge. He is always understanding when I have to miss for a sports-related absence, but his attendance policy only allows for so many absences.

Lectures are typically pretty interesting and you will definitely need your textbook when it comes time for the tests. He does weekly journals that aren't bad you just have to pay attention to the lectures because the journals are on what he goes over in the lecture

Dr. Call is a nice/caring professor. He gives you fill in the blank notes. Readings are essential because it will be on the test. The test are slightly difficult, just study in advanced. Overall a nice and knowledgable guy.

Dr. Call is a very kind and sweet man. At the graduate level, he expects you to be rather engaged in class discussions and come to class ready to discuss the assigned readings. There were no tests or quizzes, but there was a 2 paged paper every other week in response to an issue he gives you to talk about. Great class, great professor!

he's a nice guy, he is clear with what he expects from the class and is always willing to help. lectures are a little dull but that's because it's about the court system. very knowledgable. tests are tough but come from the notes so study days in advance.

Dr. Call is very good. He knows so much about the court system as he was a lawyer. Can be kinda boring, but he gives fill in the blank outlines that he makes the tests from. All Multi choice tests. No textbook, just 2 novels that are not bad at all. Would take again!

Dr. Call is AMAZING! He can be a little demanding at times when he asks you a question but it isnt because he wants to watch you squirm it is because he wants you to think critically and give you the chance to sort out the answers before he just hands them to you. Dr. Call is an amazing teacher! He by far knows more about his field than any other teacher I've had at Radford. I took him for 233 & 315 at the same time. If you need to take him twice, be warned that all of his tests are the same day for all his classes. Dr. Call is extremely helpful and provides an amazing curve for your tests and final average.

Extremely interesting if you want to be a COP or lawyer. If you don't take Dr. Call's class, you are missing out on your CRJU education. His test are kinda hard, so study a couple days in advance if you want to get an A. Opportunities for extra credit and there is a curve.

Great Professor! Dr. Call definitely knows his stuff b/c he went to law school. Not that hard of a class if you study. I recommend going to class.
