Super Great Guy. He will sit with you and slowly explain things if you get stuck. As long as you are trying to learn and doing the work he will make sure you learn. I took two of his classes and am taking a third one. He is also an ad visor and is great at that too, he has very helpful advice on how to get the best shot for the career you want.

Jim is a very well qualified web design teacher. He has a genuine interest in the students. a funny story to go along with this he wouldn't let me come to his class ten minutes later because of another class I needed he liked my questions so much, and he want me to have them at the beginning of class! =)

Jim is a great guy. This class wasn't easy. I think the cirrculum can be taught differently. Jbuilder should be used earlier in the java coding classes. Jim also needs to have a more layed out orgainzed way of assiging homework and prject assignments. Projects usually do not have a clear objective

There will be times when you need help and someone starts to get him ranting on Boats, Fishing or Buttons...At this point you have 1 hour of work on your own... If you really need help and he is like this Google tutorials. Other then this he is a very good professor.

I took this class back in 97-98 and loved it. He taught with the best ability and I still use what he taught me as a basis for what I do now. Only problem is he would not let me take his Java class unless i gave a written agreement in writing with my own blood that I would attend all the classes. keep up the good work. harley
