Will stay after class and help you. It's easy to get an A and walk out knowing nothing since you can take the tests multiple times. It's, as always, up to you to learn the subject or not. Pay attention, read the books, do the labs, and you should have no problem with the Cisco exams. (Well maybe, those tests aren?t a joke)

He is awesome. His class is really easy, but the subject is so difficult. You can use his lab in class or log-on at home, so you can have unlimited access to practice. You'll have to read the textbook and Cisco's website to fully understand the materials to be able to pass the tests.
