Amazing Professor and awesome class. Looked forward to coming to every 9 a.m. Saturday morning class. Had to read a lot and he's a tuff grader, but very fair and inspires you to be work hard and get interested in politics. A Must take!

Professor Chandler is really a fantastic teacher and human being. Very charming and always encourages students to be better. He doesn't like to straight lecture; likes interaction. Never treats anyone unfairly. Was nice for him to share with us his career development in last class. Cute hair and smile. Exams cover books

He's the man honestly. required the class to write weekly blogs reflecting news from the political world and comment on each others work. the midterm and final were essays. he takes a while giving grades back. his lectures are intense and he does tend to get boring, but if you interupt him and have something to say the class will run much smoother.

This guy is incredible!!! so inspirational, and really helped to make politics more interesting and relatable. No question was too dumb, and he revealed so many layers of the political process I had no idea about. He's also really charming and cute for an older guy. TAKE HIS AM GOV CLASS!

Very good and passionate professor. Works hard to help students with writing and to understand politics. Class is not easy, Tests and exams are hard but in good way - forces you to learn. Likes share his political stuff, TV & radio. Gives extra credit. Great class. Take him.

Prof Chandler not only has a passion for the field,he knows how to transfer it to his students. The syllabus is well defined and planned. There is a fair amount of reading to cover, with the expectation of participation (you will be called at random but it sparks interest!). Very fair grading of work with extensive feedback.
