Professor Schoenfeld takes you on a ride with his quick witted humor, stories from his past, and other antics you will come across in his class. He is a harsh grader and his criticisms on papers are quite objective. He is new at teaching this class so beware. Overall, not the worst teacher.

I guess hes a good teacher, but Im rating him more as a person. Hes fair with grades and my writing did get better. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't always understand what he wants from us and was too scared to repeat my question, his temperament is just too fire Id definitely go for a drink with him though

Professor Schoenfeld is a very good teacher. He helps you become a better writer and critical thinker. Grammar is key in this class. Grammar grammar grammar!! Do your homework, and you will do well. He is also very funny so be prepared to have constructive criticism and have a laugh or two!

If you want to learn & you have him as a Professor, you're in the right place! He has a good sense of humor, his assignments are vague but extremely helpful. One thing you learn in this class is taking the initiative to find out how to complete assignments and essays. As long as you take every opportunity he gives you, you're good.

He was really tough about grades on papers and attendance and latenesses so i was worried about my final grade but he seemed to give everyone in my class who did most ofthe assignments and came to class B's or A's He was interesting and i learned a lot about a lot of things including writing from him too.
