Sweetest woman alive. She designed this course and is so passionate about it. She does talk forever so lectures are pointless but there arent many of them. Don't need book, notes, don't need to pay attention. No tests or quizzes. Three easy projects and she basically grades for completion.

Absolutely most useless class and waste of my time. Boring, boring, boring. I never took a single note or followed any ppt. Usually did work from other classes or studying during this class. Talks about irrelevant things. Grades easy as long as you follow criteria. Entire grade consisted of 3 papers and a ppt presentation and attendance.

what a sweet and lovely lady. she is always willing to help you if you need it and does it with a heart of gold an a beautiful smile on her face. definitely read the book for her part of the tests, she includes a lot of stuff that is not on the handout or discussed in class so the tests can be hard depending on how much you read the book.

The world needs more of Dr. Basurays. She is one of a kind. I am not a Nursing/Pub Health major and was honored just to meet and talk with her. Give her subject/themes a chance and you will become interested and rewarded for taking the class. She is so sweet and genuinely interested.

Really nice lady. There are a few assignments, but they are easy and if you do them, you'll get a good grade. There are no exams. Very interesting class.
