Comment:

John is a fantastic teacher. I took for intro to editing. He knows what he's doing, and gives great feedback. His class is very interesting and enjoyable. There is a lot of work required, but it is all extremely helpful in learning what he just taught. He is one of my favorite teachers at Xavier, I would highly recommend him.

One of the best educators I've ever had in my life. Great guy, hard class. But if you put in the work and really try to learn to better your editing skills, you will improve immensely. It's hard to get an A, but it can be done. I wish Addino was full-time faculty.

Comment:

John is by far the best media teacher at Xavier. His classes aren't easy but neither is the film field. It is obviously John truly cares about his students as he is always willing to help and even gives his cell to the students in case they are in a bind. I would gladly take more classes with this man.

An intended Electronic Media major, it is mandatory class to graduate. One's grade surely will plummet after the Certification (Mid-Term). The man is very pompous. He is there for you to contact over weekends and whenever; so that was nice. Class can be dry at times since you're learning software like Photoshop and After Effects.

One time, I went to Japan. It was a glorious trip. There were many Japanese people there. They ate noodles with chopsticks. Sometimes, they had sushi. Sometimes, they didn't. Sometimes, there were potatoes. Actually, I ate the potatoes in Idaho and not Japan. All in all, John Addino was a pretty good professor. He has never been to Japan.
