God's gift to teaching. Wonderful man. If you want someone who knows education inside and out, he's the one. You really learn from him and he provides sooo much information on material that seems somewhat dry, but he makes it all very interesting! Very nice and extremely helpful.

Dr. Shank is an extremely knowledgeable professor with tons of education knowledge and experience. His expectations of students are extremely clear and his grading methods are very fair. As long as you study and do the work in the class you'll do fine. Going to class everyday was actually pretty fun. Take Dr. Shank if you get the chance!

Loved the professor! He was very old-fashioned, but it was cool to hear about how things were when he was in our shoes. He always told interesting stories and kept you awake. Lot of work to study, although he will make sure that you understand everything. Highly recommended :-)
