It was fairly easy, you can download the notes prior to attending class for easier note taking. Pay close attention, be on time, and be committed otherwise, there is no room for failure. He was a former catholic priest, he sometimes brings that up. He is clear/precise and it could be pretty easy if you don’t slack.

this teacher is nice.he can seem a little bit mean sometimes too though. i strongly disliked his class. his notes are like all over the place and are very long! he is harsh when grading essays :/ avoid taking his classes if your not a history person

I like him, nope. I love him even I'm a guy :D this is my favorite teacher. TAKE HIM in campus n u will pass. if u see hist is boring, u'll definitely change ur mind after taking his class. dont take his class online. he's so easy n the way he teaches US hist is so interesting. I just wanna take all of his courses. going 2 his class is my hobby now

I took online course,required essay assignments,I got an A,this class will be easy if you thoroughly write in detail the event your covering and there shouldn't be a problem,writing an essay for history is easy there are many facts to write about.For the web critiques just follow his guidelines and you'll do well,hes helpful and responds to email

I think he was a good professor he made me write an essay every 3 weeks but thats all I had to do for the entire class. I got an A without breaking a sweat, the book was interesting and well worth reading. If you are the type of student who can write a 3 page essay double spaced every 3 or 4 weeks than this is the class to take.

Put alot of effort into my work and got low grades (D). He said I didnt answer the questions fully, I did put all the info needed and he basically said no there was no information there! I read the book & put alot of effort only to recieve a bad grade..hes not clear on what he wants! Instructions are not clear enough and then the grade is set! BAD!

I took his online class and though there was no lectures, his work seemed easy but does not clarify on expectations. our papers were on helpful websites and had nothing to do with the reading in the text. overall i would recommend his class if you just want a grade, but if you want to learn, this is not the class for you.

Worst teacher I have ever taken. Wasted my time doing work, told me i can turn in late, but lied. Worked so hard on my stuff and gave me a grade as if I didn't do it at all. 2500 per essay/40hrs of work per essay, not cool.

Took this class online. VERY EASY but he's not very clear with his instructions. Only 3 short papers and 1 essay-type midterm and final. Not too strict with grading, but comes off a bit arrogant when you "bother" him with questions. You get the feeling that his title of "Dr" has gone to his head sometimes. Would still highly recommend his class.

guillow is a must take professor, who knows his stuff. very easy A, he is a teacher who makes learning fun. and believe me i had him at 7am and he woke me up with his knowledge and charming good looks. ladies trust me take this course HE"S HOTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!

This prof has issues. His tests are totatally different from what he says it is. He doesn't give out tests much and when he did he gives us the answer the day ahead, so I always gotten A's on test and miderm. Unless I totally bombed the final, I got a C.
