He is a very nice prof that is pretty easy too. His lectures are a bit boring, but that could just be because of the information being taught. It's not the best class in the world, but not a bad class either.

Not so much "Dr. Gibson", more like "Grampa Gibson". Helpful, down-to-earth, and traditional, rare qualities nowadays. Class is not tough if you take good notes and study them!

Great teacher who teaches in real world speak...as in making you accountable for your actions, doesn't hold your hand, and gives minimal congratulations that count. Very good teacher and I would highly recommend him.

hes an ok teacher, i think he keeps your attention well, his tests can be hard and there is a curve in the class, if u can get an average of an A you do not take the final, which means all you slackers get a brake!

Tends to teach the same thing every year. Rarely in the Department, placing a load on the TAs - he does consultancy work from another building. Dislikes environmentalists.

Funny, but tests are hard and confusing. Long lectures. I loved his "co-teacher" Dr. Plane, but he only taught 1/3 of the classes. Just beware of the tests that are only half of what one will read or learn.

Dr. Gibson has an excellent sense of humor and is one of the friendliest, most approachable teachers you'll ever meet. He also seems to be quite successful in producing competent graduates, most of whom go on to prestigious positions in real estate etc.
