Professor Smith is the best. Attendance is required because she doesnt really stick to the syllabus but all the classes are hilarious. she is the most chill laid back professor and she will help so much with your writing. do not buy the textbook, all readings are found online. LOVE THIS PROFESSOR

Great English teacher and and great person. Her summer course is great and simple to pass and to be honest is better to take her course during the summer because she everything is far more relaxed and her course is great to take. If she taught English 116 I would definitely take it with her.

I loved her class, she is really nice, able to help you even with essays that are not from your class, she gives a lot of time, the essays are easy, and you have a great time with her she is really fun even though at the beginning she looks mean.

She's a good teacher but she doesn't use blackboard. I skipped twice and I was immediately lost after that. She doesn't mind absents but it's bad for your own sake. I'm going to try again with her next semester, everyone I know says she's a fantastic teacher.

There is honestly like 8 people in my class. I am taking her for 114 on fast track and it is a really relaxed course. You do not need the book. I just kinda lounge on the chairs while I do my work.

If you want to to learn and have fun take any of her classes. She doesn't give u much homework except some reading, and 5 essays throughout the whole semester. She gives you several chances to correct your essays. If you need help with anything she is very happy to help u.

She is one of the best teachers I've ever had. She teaches really well and seems passionate about what she does. She interacts will her students as well as motivates them to learn and improve as writers. I recommend her if you plan on taking english.
