My classroom was adjacent to this teacher and she had a tendency to explode in tirades. I do not know the causes, but they were disruptive to my class and I feel it shows a lack of professionalism and restraint. The next year, instead of taking her class I chose to take calc at COD. While working at the ARC, I also found she was disliked by aids

She is extremely rude and if she does not think your math savvy she will ignore you and refuse to help you. You can not go to her office for help because he talks down to you and makes you feel like you are wasting her time. Avoid her if possible.

Extremely helpful in class, writes fair tests...if u do ur hw and ask questions, u'll do well...very nice and keeps class interesting, just dont show up late to class, it kinda gets her mad ...overall, she is very smart and more importantly is verryyy good at teachin the material and making it clear and understandable : )

Very rude teacher. Unwilling to help some students. Picked which students were worth teaching and left the others to deal with their problems themself!! Would not go over tests with you and answer individual questions or help in lab. Many got a lot of points taken off because they printed graphs the wrong way on paper!!! HORRIBLE TEACHER!!

Dr. T-K is the only teacher I remember from BU. I feel like I gained an entirely new realm of consciousness as a result of studying calc with her. Her clear problems on the board allowed me to take notes and truly understand. THANKS DR TK!

If a feminist movement needs a leader she would be a good fit. She has a very dominating charachter, but not overwhelming if that makes any sense. Excellent math professor, and a role model especially for female students. One of my fav. profs!

Though arrogant and rude at times, she makes up for it with her dynamic personality. There are days when lecture goes by in no time because she's that entertaining.
