I misunderstood the rating system. I've taken four classes with Lori over the years and she's my advisor. I think she's a great teacher who really does a good job of making you feel like your learning something and grasping the material. She does come off rather harsh but if you know her quirks she's actually very nice and helpful.

Lori did not focus on sociology as a whole she only seemed interested sociology within our country's school system. I guess I didn't like her as much because I had an amazing sociology teacher in high school and she does not compare at all.
