By far one of the worst professors I have ever had. Talks about how he graduated from Vanderbilt, Cornell, and Michigan ALL THE TIME. Loves himself. Extremely rude, calls people "goddamned morons" often. VERY UNCLEAR @ answering questions. Can't give 1-word answers. Doesn't cover book material in class. If you don't want to learn, take his class.

I had Professor Zivic for business management. He is a great professor and is enthusiastic about his classes. He does expect you to actually know what your learning and your tests are in essay form. Overall, I would recommened him.

Comment:

Prof. Zivic is a very smart man. Yes he does talk about Steve Jobs, Coca Cola, Gilette, and GE every class. However remember it is a Management class, and he talks about the best of the best when it comes to it. His tests are 3 to 4 essays which even if you don't know the answer will give you points for writing something. Overall great experience!

He's very specific on what he wants to see on the tests. (Put diagrams rather than words, you'll get an A) Attendance isn't mandatory but you really do miss some important things. Doesn't have a final...and generally an easy professor once you understand what he wants.

I guess I'm the only one here who liked him. I thought he was very interesting and was able to relate management to things most college students are interested in. I learned a lot from him. You definitely have to study for his tests, and if you do they are not hard at all. They cover a lot of material but I mean.. it is college.

By far the worst instructor I've had during my time at FSC. Relates everything to sports and shows favoritism to certain students that get involved in the sports talk. Has you study 200pages of text at a time for a 3 question test. And no matter what your average, expect below a 3.0.

Zivic will preach about how amazing he and his family are, and will ramble on about sports way too much. Arrogant, disgustingly biased, and just an all around terrible professor. Taught me nothing, just preached biased nonsense. Goes out of his way to make you feel stupid for saying anything that's remotely wrong. Avoid this man at all costs.

The people who get the most out of his class are those with a genuine interest in learning the subject as well as learning life lessons. A good discussion with this man will better your life. However, if you do nothing in a class with others who do nothing you will not get as much out of it.

i have zivic for principles of management. his class is boring and he does talk alot about himself. sucks sitting through his class and he isn't a great teacher but he also isn't that hard. has 2 tests all year both essay form only and not hard to study for a little and do good. attendance is manadatory but you don't have to pay attention.

Truly the worst teacher I have ever had in my entire life. Zivic won't help you, explain the subject matter, or talk about anything other than himself, his accomplishments, his family and how wonderful they are. My lowest grade in the class was 84, perfect attendance...got a 2.5.. emailed him asking why, he never responded, kept me off deans list!
