Comment:
Professor Pruski is in honesty an amazing human, but his class is extremely difficult because it purely follows his thinking, the class comprises of sporadic pop quizzes and 3 midterms with little to no organization, formulas and methods of solving are never given and class time is used towards him mumbling incoherently towards problems. Don' take.

Pruski is honestly a gem. Hes a tough teacher, but only because Calc III is a tough topic. He tries to scare you the first week, but as long as you come to class and work hard, youre gonna adore him. Hes hilarious and he really wants to see you succeed. 10/10 would take his class again.

Dr. Pruski is so so smart and is one of the most accessible, caring professors at USD. He always accommodates his students without complaint, even if it adds to his workload. His exams and quizzes are HARD, and average score is in the 60s. But he always provides opportunity to help boost your grade and tutor you in what you don't understand.

I went into his office hours to ask for help, and he denied my questions. He said "you should change majors now, you just don't have a math brain." He has a sick taste in music and I like his politics, but he was a bad math teacher.

Dr. Pruski is an awesome dude who will try to help you out. Fair grader. That being said, his tests are still very difficult and homework takes anywhere from 5-12 hours. Doesn't take attendance because everyone comes to class if they don't want to be completely lost. He knows the names of everyone in his class.

Dr. Pruski is an excellent professor who cares a lot about his students' success. He expects a lot from you but more than makes up for it with curving and dropping lower scores and things like that. Brilliant man who I would recommend to anyone that really wants to learn about mathematics.

A very smart and entertaining teacher that actually knows how to teach, something many teachers in the math department seem to be lacking. He won't bs you and calls it how it is. His tests are not "Trivial" as he claims but he will help you out on the grading. Expect to dedicate many hours to the hw and or find help in his office hours(I recommend)

Dr. Pruski is an amazing teacher who's talent should not be muddled by the difficulty of the material. Calculus 3 is HARD, and Dr. Pruski knows it, so he provides as much help as possible whenever you ask for it. He's been teaching for decades and boasts about how many times he's taught the class, and it really shows. TL,DR: Pruski knows his stuff

Not a "difficult grader" in that he grading is standard and fair. He doesn't try to take off any unnecessary points. However, exam questions are difficult. Make sure you understand what you're doing, not just memorizing formulas. Can't procrastinate on homework because it takes hours.

Everyone loves Pruski!! He really wants students to do well, understand what they're learning, & like math. Genius, hilarious, inspirational, really good at explaining any topic. The classes he teaches are hard but he makes them bearable. Drops three lowest quizzes. Go to his office hours and he is more than willing to help. A true gem. Take him!!

Pruski is fantastic. He really cares about his students, especially the ones in upper division courses. Very flexible and wants to help us be stress free when taking his class. Long homework assignments given weekly. Tests and quizzes are not easy. Study your ass off because the tests are long and slightly tricky. Probably my favorite math teacher.

Pruski is a great professor, insanely knowledgeable and really energetic. You can tell he loves the math. His stories are awesome. He's always willing to help. Differential equations is a hard class but if you go in to office hours he'll help you out. Expect a quiz a week and lots of homework.

Dr. Pruski is one of the best professor's I've had. His class is extremely challenging, but he is also extremely helpful and very fair. Be prepared to put in a lot of time in order to succeed, but it is possible. Also, don't miss class. He's an extremely good professor and missing class will put you at a major disadvantage.

Difficult. Had for Computer Graphics and Software Engineering. Quizzes are difficult and the workload never ends. He's helpful, but quite evil. "Your answer is true, but not correct" - Pruski

Hardest class in the Comp Sci department. The quizzes every class require about four hours of preparation. In addition, you then have a group project and five 20 page documents due by the end of the semester. To wrap it all up, there is a midterm and final that require you to memorize the book.

Had Pruski for Calc III, ODE's and PDE's. Absolutely the best math teacher i've ever had. I would take any class he teaches, even if I don't need it, just to have him as a professor. Don't even hesitate to take him.

Take Pruski for Calc 3. He is very helpful in and out of class, and he's pretty funny. The course is very difficult (he let's you know with his shirt on the first day of class), but he will make sure you understand the material. His grading is fairly lenient for the hw, he gives weekly quizzes (not too hard), and the exams are tough.
