She is a great prof. demanding and requires thought but will go over everything needed for tests which are not easy but there is a lot of leeway for the correct answers. The only negative thing is she gives things a feminist slant not badly but it is there.

A VERY good professor. She's very enthusiastic yet has a clamness about her that makes you feel relaxed in her class. She's a very fair grader and it's easy to get an A if you show her you're really trying.

I had Professor Borene approx a year ago and to this day she remains one of the most educated teachers I've had. She has a real passion for history and you will definitely learn alot in her class. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to learn history the correct way.
