Comment:

Dr. Brown is incredible...she is so fun and isn't a stickler. She treats you like an adult and has a healthy disdain for AU's ridiculous policies. You get a lot of "group workdays" ie no class days to work on projects. Tests are hard, but the whole class can earn Gryffindor points that go towards the exam grade. She's will keep you entertained.

Dr. Brown is awesome! She's so funny and personable! Class is kinda boring (simple material) but she does her best to make it fun. She doesn't require attendance and treats you like an adult. Tests are pretty hard, but she's willing to help. Also, you get Gryffindor points that go toward your exam grades. In college. It's great.

Small Group Communication- 3 group projects, if you don't like them don't take the class. Dr. Brown makes class interesting, but tests are hard. Quizzes are pop style, so you need to come to class in order to not miss them, but they are SO EASY.

Comment:

Dr. Brown is the best professor that I ever had in my 4 years at Auburn. Her classes were not only entertaining, but most beneficial. I learned more practical and real-world skills from her courses than any other course. The material can sometimes be challenging, but Dr. Brown keeps it entertaining. She is well deserving of the department chair!

The best professor at Auburn University. Hands down. If Auburn had more professors like her, we would be the best univeristy in the nation. Her tests are hard, but you know so much by the time you leave that you don't mind the hard work. She deserves to be the department chair because she is so amazingly wonderful.

I love Dr. Brown, she is one of the best and most caring profs you will have. It really makes a difference when you get a prof as good as Dr.Brown. Tests are certainly not the easiest thing, but class is enjoyable and if you go and do all the other work and participate you should do well.

Dr. Brown is a GREAT professor. The tests are not easy, require lots of studying, but I enjoy every minute of her class. Interesting stories, and explains all the material very well. She is a smart lady, and you get the most of your education when you take her class. Auburn needs more profs just like her. Truly a wonderful lady and a great prof!

Dr. Brown is the best professor at Auburn. She cares more about her students than any other professor. Besides being a great teacher, her class is very enjoyable - and comm 2400 is so beneficial. I have never had a prof. who seemed to care more than Dr. Brown. Auburn needs more profs like her!

MHB is a great professor. She was very helpful for this specific class and I also went to her for another class. She really enjoys Auburn (esp. baseball) and you will laugh in every class. I can't wait for her next class!

by far,the BEST professor at Auburn. Dr Brown is a true professional at what she does. Comm 2400 is not a hard class, and it should be taken for the reason that is probably the most valuable class you will ever take in college. You won't find a better class w/ a better prof than dr brown

I loved her class. She tells funny stories that relate to the class. She is so nerdy she is cute. Her tests can be hard but she goes over everything in class so if you take notes you can easily pass. Regardless her class is fun.
