Great guy, really heightened my interest in learning guitar. All you have to do is show up and bring a guitar. If you follow along well enough, you're fine. He doesn't care if you sound well, he just wants you to be able to do the techniques, even if it's slowly. Would recommend taking this for art gen ed, easy A and can even show off a few chords

Professor is too cool to teach. He does not care whether or not you participate fully in class and will assign everyone the same mediocre grade regardless of effort given. Beginners beware, he often goes too fast. If you're looking for a class to fulfill your music GE requirement, I suggest looking elsewhere; there are far more pleasant options.

I can't explain, how great guy he is. I love him, seriously a perfect man. he is amazing in playing guitar and he will help you to be master in it too. my deepest respects. I am an international student I don't like many teachers here in Plattsburgh. but this guy is just incredible. I want to take all the classes with him. A 5 star professor.

Took him for guitar class. Very cool guy, I learned how to play some great songs. Makes playing guitar easy and opens up your mind to new songs. Wish I took another class with this guy!

He really cares about guitar. He loves it. He gets excited when you ask him to teach you a song he knows. He really knows how to shred. He doesn't write stuff down for your lesson.. but you really learn a lot. He is VERYYYY mysterious.

A very passionate musician. It's obvious he loves guitar. Very helpful teacher. I looked forward to his class. Plus, he's dark and mysterious, and there's something super attractive about him. He really wants you to do well, and has interesting taste in music. Having him in my academic career was really rewarding. Take his classes or lessons!

SO nice, goes at a fair pace for beginners. You have to put in time outside of class though of course. No textbook required, just your own guitar. He stays after class if you need extra help and is a very generous grader. I knew nothing about guitar and learned a lot.

I love his class. At the beginning he didn't seem to have much of a personality but as the semester went on, I LOVED him. He is very helpful. The class is made for people who know basically nothing about the guitar. He is the best guitar player I have ever heard!
