Comment:

I was in the University 50H pilot class, so this semester was a bumpy ride. Monica was very cordial and helpful, though sometimes unclear in her expectations (understandable, since she was still forming them for this class). The work itself has all been easy, except for the nonprofit social media campaign, which had its own challenges.

The class was very easy, but boring with dumb assingments. She was unclear at times, and rude with some of her students. Did not enjoy class or her.

Yeah, but the class is a joke. The projects are exercises in futility and mind-numbing grunt work with little or no academic value. The lectures are all done with powerpoint and difficult to follow and even more difficult to care about.

Comment:

She teaches this course from a fashion perspective. Has lots of examples and is good about spreading out the writing over the coures of the semester. Uses Blackboard which is very helpful. Great class to fill your G.E. Requirement.
