Comment:
Peggy is an excellent professor and has a open and accepting approach in dealing with new graduate students, which I am. I appreciated her patience with me and she was fun and very interested in the subject of the class Theories of Education. She has a lot of experience from her years of teaching, as well as current education and writing.

Peggy's primary role is administrative (MED program), though she does teach a course here or there. I felt she had interesting experiential knowledge to share. Nice to have at least one instructor whose PhD isn't from Utah. Con: Peggy is notoriously difficult to get a hold of. She is often off campus and is unresponsive or slow to reply to email.

Very strict, expects a ton out of you. Her classes should be 10 credit hour classes for as much as she wants you to do.

While professor does have some experience in teaching, she doesn't follow her teaching philosophy. Concepts presented were confusing and unorganized. Expected a lot of reading, but never fully explained how the readings related to the class. She presented informationed as biased, and never gave a clear description of the conservative.

Lots of experience, but seems to have trouble relating this information to current student challenges. Materials not that helpful. Tests are rather meaningless.

I had Peggy for Adult Education and you could tell how much experience and knowledge she had by the class. It was an amazing experience that I learned a ton from.
