He is a reasonable lecturer. He sometimes is incoherent when explaining legal concepts and has a limited understanding of international law examples in Asia. He also struggles when asked questions which cut to the philosophical foundations of international law. He tries hard and has the potential to be quite good once he obtains more experience.
